Dr. Ajay Sankhe

Dr. Ajay Sankhe, M.D., Paediatrics, is the Director & CEO of Bhaktivedanta Hospital and Research Institute. He is one of the founding members of the hospital and has an experience of over 33 years. He is a renowned as a well-known Pediatrician in the North region of Mumbai, Thane & Palghar districts and is associated with Bhaktivedanta Hospital since its inception. Under his stewardship, what started off as a small 10 bed Nursing Home in 1993 has expanded to 11 Healthcare Satellite Centers in the interiors of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. More than 17+ lakhs needy patients have been served over the years. During the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, he played a major role with Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation and has been instrumental in setting up Tembha Hospital and Dedicated COVID Hospital. More than 9000+ COVID patients have been benefited so far. He actively promotes ethics and spiritual health through various forums like Global Foundation for Ethics & Spiritual Health (GFESH). Under his able leadership, Bhaktivedanta Hospital has won several awards. Beyond all this, he is a sincere seeker on the path of spirituality and mentor & guide for many.

Dr. K. Venkataramanan, Ph. D.

Dr. K. Venkataramanan, Ph.D. in Management is serving as Director – Projects & Program, focused on Strategic Planning and Fund Raising. He has over 35 years of senior management experience in Service Industry, Manufacturing Sector, Management Consulting and International Trade. His keen desire to serve the needy and contribute towards the Overall Development of people, especially the youth made him relinquish his corporate career to join Bhaktivedanta Hospital since 1997. He is also a visiting faculty to various prestigious institutes and has made paper presentations at various national and international conferences. He is also a Certified Transformation & Success Coach. He has bagged many prestigious awards for the organization, like- "National CSR Leadership Awards" for Skill Development (Caregiver Program) "CSR Impact Award" in CSR implementing Agency of the year Category for the year 2019 Mahatma Awards for Social Good Award by NGO Expo New York, 2018 FICCI Awards for Social Initiative and Skill Development Trendsetter in Patient Wellbeing & Quality Care by Times of India in association with New India Assurance Co.
